OpenPlant Update 11: Group function + Merge into Master + Stability

Hi everybody,

during the last days I had tested Update 11 for OpenPlant (OPPID, OPPA and OPM).

We had hoped, that the "merge into Master" function will work again in the Microstation Mode, but it doesn't. So still not usable for us.

Additionally I was not able to create groups (crtl+g) in OPM, in both operation modes. Did Bentley change there something? I even can not found the function somewhere else. It seems to be that the function is renamed ?!

Can somebody assist?

Further more during 4 hours of operation, the program had closed itself 3 times, without any warning. It seems to be not stable.. (in Microstation Mode)

Is there anything to adjust?

Is there an easier method to connect the Autoplan project to Openplan? Because this one (Autoplant to OpenPlant Migration with Migration Workflow...) is for the same company's products

And does it work with U11? Has anyone done this with an actual project?

OPOM CEU11. VAD File

Hello!

I`ve done New VAD on New Setting Name from OpenplantExample. When I want to preview Top View with Display View, I have a message "VAD file not found"

Then I did "Drawing Generation". And after that I did Update Draw Position, and now I have other 3D Clipping Area and other Output Position

What can I do with it? I can't save 3D Clipping Area and Output Position. And that`s why I can't generate Ortho

That is new generation after updating position

I have decided to check how the manager works on the built-in example!
And what I have: If I create a new view, I have crash! And this crash doesn't go away until I remove the view.
If I do new generation on built-in example view, I have this

Consistency Checker and Shared files

I have P&ID's being generated on one data server based in India and these files are shared with a data server here in North America. There are iModels being generated automatically here in North America. When I attach any of these iModels to a model here, the consistency checker does not show up in the explorer window. If I create an iModel on the remote (India) server and attach it to a model, consistency checker works as designed. If I copy out the iModel from India and attach the local copy to a model here in North America, consistency checker does not work. I'm at a loss here. I thought that any iModel created from OpenPlant P&ID would show up in consistency checker. Is there some file dependency that I'm not aware of? Does the DataManager DB need to be on the same data server? More questions than answers here. Any thoughts or ideas of where to look would be greatly appreciated.

Hello!

It absolutely does not work. It does not save the second new view. It doesn't generate the drawing correctly. The instructions refer to files that don't exist. The recommendation to run as administrator didn't help either. And even the interface is different. REINSTALLING IT DIDN'T HELP EITHER

It doesn`t work even with very simple model
