FDOT SS10 - Elements Disappearing While Drawing

I've never really had an error like this before while using SS10; however, I recently got a new computer and that's when this problem started. When I try to draw elements or text, the elements partially disappear while I'm drawing them. When I click to place, I can see the graphics just fine. Zooming in and out will flicker the graphics while mid placement. Has anyone run into this issue previously? I can fix the issue temporarily by running workspace doctor and resetting settings; however it becomes corrupt again within minutes.

In the image below my line should be going from the top of pavement to the middle of the pipe, but you can see it's only partially visible. I assume there is some graphical setting that needs to be tweaked. Not sure if this can be handled with a configuration variable or if it's a known driver issue?

Has anyone else had this issue before?

I installed the latest updates last week and have been having quite a few issues with slow performance.

The following hang-ups are occurring:

When opening a file, I can see everything has loaded, but the program continues to hang for 30 seconds or so before becoming usable. Even after, the first few things I try to do encounter hang-ups.
Switching between Views that show different models. For example, a 4 view setup with Default, Default 3D, a profile view, and an XS view. Every time I click to a new view, the program hangs for 5-10 seconds.
Using the Cross Section Navigator. Several minutes to actually get it loaded. About 30 seconds or more to flip to the next section.

I have tried compressing files to no avail. I work on local files, typically on my OneDrive files that are on my E Drive. I tried copying to my C drive and there was no improvement. Both of these drives are NVME drives. All of these issues are also occurring on my virtual machine, so it’s not just my home computer.

Then I decided to try to open my files without the workspace. I just right clicked one of my files and hit open. NONE of the issues above were occurring. However, the following was still an issue:

Slow undo in some files. Seems to mostly be related to files with Civil Labeler labels in them.

Drainage VBA -> Drainage Tabulation -> Generate Spread Tabulation Error Run Time error '62"

When running the drainage tabulation vba and selecting the generate spread tabulation button, I get a run time error '62': Input past end of file and I haven't been able to find a solution. I have checked all the normal fixes and there are no missing references. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

FDOT connect icon missing

I just install the FDOTconnect after installing OpenRoads Designer CE. the "FDOTConnect to OpenRoads Designer" icon is missing. In addition, I have access to the FDOT workspace, but the "FDOT" tab is missing. Please help.
