Duncan is absolut right. An other solution would be to work with a virtual Maschine, we have some customers who works with MS/J and Win-XP in this way, because it is necessary for a long-time-running project.

Microstation V8i SS3 is not supported on Windows 10 (although plenty of people run it) so you won't get any support from Bentley on this. Your only chance is to go back to the people who wrote the add-in and see if they can help or upgrade to SS10 or…
