OpenRoads Designer has detected a problem and logged it to exception.log

Myself and a few other users are getting the following error:

OpenRoads Designer has detected a problem and logged it to exception.log...

Can anyone tell me where to find this log file? I thought it was in the user's local appdata but I am unable to identify it. I feel like I remember this error used to tell you a path to the log.

"Was not able to create the relationship. The reason maybe that it already exists."

I get the following error message trying to run a Drainage and Utilities model in ORD:

"Was not able to create the relationship. The reason maybe that it already exists."

What does this error message mean?

Having trouble getting versions to export

My Get-PWDocumentsBySearch is returning 48 documents, this includes the versions.

The Export-PWDocuments is only exporting 32 documents and nothing has .verxxxx before the extension. Can anyone explain why?

PWPS_DAB Version 2.2.0.0.

Work portion of my script:

$FilesToExport = Get-PWDocumentsBySearch -FolderPath 'Standards\Test Projects\Test 1\CAD\3D Design Files\Survey' -GetVersionsToo -Verbose
$Exported = Export-PWDocuments -InputDocuments $FilesToExport -OutputFolder $OutputFolder -ExportVersions -UseDMSFolders
