The Rasterized option is within the pltcfg file. Go to Base Properties Tab then Default Output Mode. Change to Prefer Non-Rasterized or Force Non-Rasterized. Force will not allow rasterized plotting at all.

I don' know Jan, I click on Example and nothing happens. I get to the help files as Bob wrote above. F2 in the VBA editor takes me to the Object Browser and F1 opens this screen, but I can go no farther.
