Prestressed Girder Bridge Rating Issue

Hi Everyone,

I am using LEAP Bridge software to do the bridge rating. It's a prestressed girder bridge. I did all the inputs in geometry, material, loads, beam and I got a satisfactory results for moments and shear. But when I do rating, it does not give me the RF. All it gives is 0.00. Is there anyone who can help me with this?

I have attached a screenshot of the Rating results.
