Civil 3D extension Support file search path issues

We installed the extension for Civil 3D 2022. When we open Civil 3d we do get the Openground Ribbon but in the options we are missing all the Openground support search paths. However when we open Civil 3D as Autocad we are still getting the ribbon but we get all the search path that should be showing up in regular civil 3d. For some reason it's adding these into the proper Civil 3D profile and it's causing issues with hatching.

The screen shot is of the file paths that are missing from Civil 3D.
