Axis measurements in units, possible to assign reference value?

Let's say I'm modelling an object which has 5 m in length and width and 3 m in height but I don't have any gps data. Is it possible to add these measurements after the model was completed?

I don't know any GPS control points in the area and when I run the AT and production I loose my GPS-data (geotagged iPhone photos) because it seems to be too unperceise. As a result I get a 3D model with the axis in "units" which has no use for me as I intend to calculate the volume in m³. Is it possible to change the axis units and to assign a reference value in x, y and z direction after the model was run? So basically I want to change the axis to measurements that I know of, let's say on some pictures I have a fence in x-direction which is 2 m wide and 1 m high. That could give me a reference for the x and z axis.

Is this possible with an option in ContextCapture either before or after the modelling was done?

I'd be very thankful for any ideas.
