Creating Terrain Model from Element dose not work

Hi I am trying to create terrain model from element in Open Site Designer

the path to this is: OpenSite Modeling > Terrain > Create Terrain From Element and inside under Feature > Feature Definition there are no Feature Definition to choose from like for example contours and triangles.

Hi I´m trying to find tutorials on 3d terrain modeling from contour lines in open cities map but have not been able to. I found one video in the 'QuickStart for OpenCities Map' learning series that I thought might go into this but that video has a malfunction, so it dose not play properly.

Dose anyone here know of a tutorial or if not could explain to me how I do this?
