So when I create a new interface and insert a check box attribute I add a fixed value and with a default value usually 0 so it should just have a empty box and you can add a check mark. But with everyone of them it also add a value for a filled in box like this Is there a way to just have the first two and not the filled in box like the blue box at the bottom ?

In the new ProjectWise web you can create links to folders which when used go to the folder in the list but can you create a link to the folder so when you use it the folder opens to show the documents inside

So this is what I see when I use the link but I want to see the files inside the folder when I click on the link

Deleting documents in ProjectWise

I am an admin over a government site that has both internal and external users. We have been trying to decide if it is better to give users delete rights or not and if so should we give them to the internal users only or give to all users. I would like to know what other organizations are doing & if they have agreed with that deployment.

I have a question is their away to add colored fonts to a interface like this?

and then depending on the answer is greyed out until they add the first attribute

Using the rules engine I want to move a file when it hits the last state in a workflow is this possible?
