I am trying to use find replace to add a line as part of the find/replace. For example, the original text node looks like this:

AREA FILL = 354 SQ. FT.

And I would like to get it to look like this:

AREA FILL

STAGE 1 = 354 SQ. FT

Is there a way to accomplish this?

Thanks,
