    From the snap it seems an additional member load has been provided on the beam as UDL. Probably, this is the load due to brick wall.

    The exact coordinate of the floor where you are trying to generate the load is 5.25001. So, I have used a range 5.25 to 5.26 and it works. Please try at your end and let me know if this helps.
