Bentley tech support says they are coming out with an update soon that should fix this.

This is a known issue in the current version and is fixed in the new version that is supposed to be released in the next week or so I was told

currently program does not have the capability to perform LFD rating. But in the future this feature will be added in LBS. I apologize for the inconvenience.
