End Conditions Not Showing Up in Surface

Hello,

I have inherited a model and inRoads files from another company who I cannot contact for help in how they created the model or what version of inRoads/Microstation they used.

The issue I am experiencing is when I am in Roadway Designer, the model is able to solve and the end conditions are visible (as shown in the image below). However, when I create the surface, it does not include any of the end condition zones. For example, in the image below, the contours stop directly after the berm next to the road instead of including the 10' of fill on the left side of the road and 35' of fill on the right side. We were provided a proposed contour file from the other company and their contours do extend to the correct elevations to tie-in to the existing ground.

I am currently using inRoads SS2 with Microstation V8i SS3. Could this be a function of the other company using a different version of these products? If so, should we be using an older or newer version of one of the products? Or could there be some unknown clip boundary that they have used to only display the road and ditches and ignore the end conditions? If so, how would I find that information?
