Cannot Open Substructure Files with LEAP Bridge Concrete

My company recently updated to the latest version of the LEAP Bridge software, Version 16.00.00.24. I am designing a pier and have run into a problem in re-opening the design file later after exiting LEAP Bridge Concrete.

I created the substructure design file by opening LEAP Bridge Concrete, going to the substructure tab and selecting the substructure button. When the substructure module opens I went through the process of creating a pier design and once finished, clicked "Save As" and saved the file as a ".lbc" file, and then exited the substructure module and LEAP Bridge Concrete. This morning when I opened LEAP Bridge Concrete and selected open and browsed to the pier design file, I received an error that the file could not be found, see below:

Have I done something incorrectly in the process of creating/saving the pier design file? I appreciate any help you can provide.

RC Pier Cap Auto Design

I am designing a hammerhead pier cap using the strut and tie method. RC Pier gives me main reinforcement using auto design but no shear reinforcement (stirrups). I can manually enter the shear reinforcement and it appears in the view but it doesn't appear using auto design like the main reinforcement does.
