Cannot Shell 3D Solid

For some reason I cannot shell a 3D solid. It was working just fine and then it just stopped altogether.

I am currently going through LearnSERVER, learning the ABCs for 3D drafting. I am using the Advanced Solids DGN that comes with Microstation.

Any ideas would help. Thanks.

Two rasters, one cannot be read/write

I have two rasters attached to a file. I can only change one into read/write, while the other stays on read only. I have tried to uncheck the mark and also clicked on the element information dialog to change it, but to no avail. Any ideas?

Descartes: Stop dragging raster when wanting to select multiple elements

I am working on Descartes, and every time I want to select a plethora of elements on a raster, the cursor drags the image instead of making the select square. This is a first for me. Please let me know if there is a way around this or if I should elaborate even further. Thank you.
