Maybe due to Windows 10 setting changed? We have restricted the usage of the machines with gINT installed, and we have fixed the Prof licenses to be used in only 2 designated machines, and all machines have one designated single user. That's why I'm sure the accidental switching to gINT Prof from gINT Log was not a desirous action.

Last time Bentley charged us on this. As to avoid this extra cost happening again, we have asked if Bentley can provide mechanism to allow switching from Log to Prof only with some kind of administrative right, like password inputting. But they replied no. And now it happens again, and I'm in pressure for this.

We need support from Bentley to make the switching of License to be more secure, e.g. allow switching license type only when password is entered. Currently the switching among different license types is too easy and too casual. It becomes a trap to the users, or more particularly, me. I'm sure this time someone may say you may have moved the mouse over the option and gINT Prof was engaged by you, no matter desirous or not. What I can say is, no, the designated user said he didn't make the change. And it appears to me it was switched automatically, but I can't give proof on this.

Please seriously consider this request and make considerable restrictions on this license type switching issue.

Since 1st March the PDF reports give errors in adobe reader and can't open. It occasionally gives such error in pdf reports but this is the longest time that the error persists.

I have no idea in which forum should I post and I try this one.

Can someone in Bentley look into this?
