Brian has over 20 years of professional surveying and technology experience and is currently a Senior Project Manager at Rick Engineering Company, a region leading planning, design, engineering and land surveying consulting firm established and headquartered in San Diego, CA. He is a Professional Land Surveyor. His responsibilities include the leadership of the GIS and 3D Laser Scanning teams and he also oversees internal technology initiatives. He is an expert at data collection, processing, display and publishing using a wide array of integrated technology tools. He is an active speaker promoting the use of reality capture to increase the effectiveness of Building Information Modeling and spatial coordination within existing facilities.
