Old Plaxis 3D 2013 license

Dear community,

We have an old license of Plaxis 3D 2013 license.

We did not use the software for a long time, but now we want to use it again for a specific project.

The license we bought was before the acquisition of Bently. Unfortunately the CodeMeter key is only valid until 2017.

Who can I contact to update the license file on this license key? It should be valid infite.

Our Company KOOKMIN Safety Engineering Group, South Korea, bought a product " Plaxis 2D - Standalone, License: Standalone, Order number #14469". We are trying to get in but it was saying, the license is expired. As I know, it was not subscription-based. Why does it making issues? Please give me some suggestions. Note: We bought it in 2018.
