Display Mesh in Power InRoads

I'm reviewing a DTM from another firm and as part of that check, I'm doing some AutoTurn Pro analysis.

I'm attempting to load the DTM as Triangles. In my past experience, I do that by setting the DTM as active, going to Surface --> View Surface --> Triangles. After that, a window pops up that typically let's me select "Mesh" and change the color of the triangles if I want to. Now, after selecting Triangles, the triangles just show up in my model space, but not as a mesh, as separate triangles which I can not use with AutoTurn Pro (that needs a mesh surface). Does anyone have any ideas?

Linked Excel Sheets No Longer Updating / Can No Longer Create Linked Excel Sheets

Just discovered that my linked Excel sheets are no longer updating. When I delete and attempt to link the Excel sheet again, I'm getting the error message shown below.

I've tried it with brand new Excel sheets and am still getting the same error.

Residual Cut/Fill Lines

I have some cut and fill lines that have appeared in my corridor model. I am unable to delete this line and it remains after deleting my template drops in the area.

The first photo shows the area with my corridor and template still there. The photo on the right shows how it looks with the template drops deleted. The "ghost" cut/fill lines run through the entirety of the corridor. Has anyone experienced this and how to to fix it? I am unable to delete it through any methods.
