There is no Engine currently listening to the job queue

Hi there,

Could someone help me with the problem of context capture error? I found an article from the community about change the job queue: communities.bentley.com/.../24685.changing-the-jobqueue-directory, but I still get the error message (I have changed the route to C:\Job queue folder that I new build).

What should I do to fix the problem?
