I'm trying to extract some trafficf signs and poles with the automated feature extraction, but I'm unable to choose a detector...
Does somebody knows how to fix this?

Hello everyone!

I'm having a little question when selecting my point cloud which maybe there is an quickly answer

I'm selecting my point cloud at the scale 1:2000 and I'm getting 1542 points. When I select the same cloud at the scale ou 1:300 I get 5862 points.

Does anyone know how can I turn this option off and get all my points in any scale? Is this possible?

The Publisher don't work in AWS Server

Recently, I migrated the publisher to an AWS (Amazon Web Service) server but I am having trouble getting it to work.
(it was working perfectly on a local machine in Brazil)

After logging in, I try to access the "system" page, but I receive the message:

"An unexpected problem occurred. Something went wrong while loading the page. Please try refreshing your browser. If the issue persists, please refer to our support pages."

Could this be an issue with access to a particular file? We are in Brazil, and our AWS server is located in Virginia (USA).

Have some idea how ti fix this!?
