Cyclic load application in STAAD Pro

Dear All,

How to apply a cyclic load in Staad pro.

Say 10kN acting at 30minutes for 2 years duration.

Is there any load application option available to specify these loadings to structure in STAAD?

Sinking support and gap elements in STAAD Pro

Hi All,
I want to analyze the structure which has settled at one support location. How to idealize that support which is settled down? Do we have gap elements or its equivalent in staad pro.? I have tried with Multi linear spring, but not getting the desired results.

STAAD PRO connect Edition - design stopped and crashed.

I am working with structure which consists of more than 8000 members, and loads approx. 200 nos. While designing, in Check code it performs design partly say 40% of members and crashes without any message.

Tried by splitting the check code command as several groups. Still cant able to complete the full design.

How to overcome this - to run the full design for all members.

Do we have to switch on / off any command.?

In Staad Pro connect edition, load combination and factors made available in a single click - good option.

But it lists only for the factored load combinations, how to get the un-factored load combinations?.

I want to select the all members based on the releases using OPENSTAAD command. But the given (below) is not working.

View saving using OpenSTAAD command is not working?

Is there any syntax to be changed?
