David Settlemyer has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, land surveying and project management for a variety of private and public clients. His keen understanding of how firms can utilize technology as a competitive advantage, excitement surrounding SITEOPS, commitment, reliability and leadership skills have been extremely beneficial to the growth of the company. Prior to joining the Bentley Systems, David was Senior Director of Site Engineering at Lauth Property Group and prior to Lauth he was a principal at Neighborhood Designs, PC, and taught Civil/Surveying design software for seven years at Central Piedmont Community College. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. David is a licensed P.E. and former PLS in North Carolina.
