How do I change the point name increment in OpenRoads?

How do I change the point name increment in OpenRoads? Instead of 5000, 5000_1, 5000_2 I would like to see 5000, 5001, 5002 Similar to what how Geopak picked points with COGO.

Importing Survey Data - OpenSite best fit feature??

I have been having trouble with importing field data after switching to Opensite/OpenRoads software. My company uses all 3 letter field codes to eliminate the possibility of duplicate naming conventions. It seems that OS/OR is having trouble distinguishing which cell symbol to link the field code that it reads to, depending on the day. One day it will read one field code and the next it will read it and place it as something entirely different.

See below screen shots - field code is "UPD" (unidentified pedestal). In the first instance, Opensite is placing the cell symbol for our "UMH" (unidentified manhole)

Today, Opensite decided it wanted to place the same field code "UPD" as the cell symbol for a utility pole, field code "UTP" (utility pole)

Does anyone else experience anything like this? We have tried to come up with a fix but to no avail. Would be very appreciative if anyone had an answer! We are stuck at the moment and cant have field code symbols changing on us mid project.
