utilization ratio

To whom it may concern,

Sir regarding utilization ratio there are 3 colors namely green, blue and red.

for i know the green is below the allowable ratio

red is failed

what is blue? is it half accept and half fail? depend on the engineer?

i want to extract the axial loads and biaxial moments from the staad and design it manually from excel sheets,

The main quest is when I run the programme and go for post processing, and i turn on axial loads buttons and am getting values, but its showing as Fx which means the forces along global X axis, but i need Pu ( axial) load, because global y axis is the vertical axis in programme so am confused clear me this doubt.

Getting value of Mx, My, Mz Zero (0) when I try to get reaction Forces in respective directions, For example If I on the Wind load on structure in Z direction then am getting Mz value '0' same for others as well like Mx and My.

2. The Second question is that is it the reactions we get from Reaction Summary table gives us with respect to local Axis or global Axis.

what happen to utility of the structure material if I use the utilization ration for design 2 and then I design the members, because in my design the member is getting blue color .? is it safe..?

When am designing the steel columns which is very long in length and analysis Am getting Blue Color in Utilization ratio, so can I define the L/C ratio to 2 and then analysis the member. Is it safe by doing so to get all green color utilization ratio for the structure...?

How get design report of prismatic sections like cables..? because when I designed cable and other components, i had used BS 5950-2000 but i got warning saying that it can be done for prismatic section, Even i had defined the member as cable in analysis.

How to get steel detail report for cable design..?

I have run the programme and obtained the Detail design report for steel design but in that LTB check unnecessary for this section it showing, but our consultant requires design parameter for unsupported length and LTB please answer this how can I get this
