Import GML features AIXM exchange model

Another issue: I need to import AIXM data provided by FAA on NFDC website. This data is a GML file and it´s available on https://nfdc.faa.gov/webContent/56DaySub/2015-08-20/aixm5.1.zip

How can I import this data? Inside the AIXM_5.1 folder, there are the gml files in "XML-Subscriber-Files" folder and the xsd files in AIXM folder

I tried without success.

I am trying to import some brazilian aeronautical data from its spatial data infrastructure (http://visualizador.inde.gov.br/).

"Import Complete (0 features in 0.141 seconds).
WFS Service encountered the following issue: Requested property: metaDataProperty is not available for ICA:Aerovias23jul15. The possible propertyName"

How can I import those data?
