Are survey decorations controlled by the DGN or by the computer

Have a file. It is clean on my computer with no decorations. Reviewer looks at it and decorations are on. Are decorations handled by the DGN or are they a setting on the computer?

Importing an OBS file into ORD

We are running ORD Connect. GDOT required release. Trying to bring an OBS file into an imperial unit Survey Foot DGN. Points come in fine, and measure the correct distance. However every time I import the OBS file, it imports as Meter not foot. So everything is off by a multiplier of 3.28 etc. So what am I doing wrong? Same thing happens if I attempt to bring in the RAW file. Scales out of whack. Would like to give my client the data, rather than just an XYZ file.

merging multiple terrain feature elements into one element

We are just starting the path to openroads. We are converting an Inroads database to openroads. The database has the obscured area marked by 3 separate features elements. All are in the survey database. Per our DOT, they must be one closed figure as they are obscured. How do I go about merging these items to one feature so that we can move forward with this project.
