Is it using the calibration during processing or are the values I enter only used as a comparison to what Context Capture gets?

Also, the camera came with 3 different calibrations - Australis, USGS, and INPHO. I think I use Australis but Im not positive because if I let Context Capture adjust the calibration, the distortion values are not even close to what I entered.

Any help with understanding the camera calibration aspect of Context Capture would be great.

There must be some trick to it that I can't figure out. We flew the site at 90% overlap and it looks like there is plenty of overlap but they will not process. Do I need accurate camera/lens properties? Where can I find those? Is there a specific fisheye correction I need to use? RGB pictures process just fine. ANY help is appreciated. Not sure what else to do.

I am asking because I am trying to get pictures from an XT2 to process. The thermal images will not process on their own because the smaller footprint was not accounted for so I am trying to process the RGB pictures first then add the thermal. Is that a waste of time? Is there a better way?

I am processing the DJI Phantom 4 RTK data, which are corrected through Ntrip. Without putting any GCP into model construction, the horizontal accuracy is doing well like 5cm. However, the vertical accuracy is terribly wrong as 2m. It seems there is a problem of wrong vertical coordinate system. The vertical values of the model were imported as orthometric height with reference to Hong Kong Principal Datum. Is there any method like Pix4D that I could change the vertical coordinate setting as arbitrary but not egm96?

Thanks!
