When trying to do anything in this file, it freezes up or acts ridiculously slow. For example when editing the text, I can type a sentence and then watch each character show up on screen at about one character a second. This makes editing the sentences and organizing the text very difficult. Another example is trying to move the text to align everything and it will freeze the whole file for every button I press. I copied these notes from a old V8i file so I am not sure if that is the issue or not.

Cross Section Sheets not Labeling Certain Points

I ran cross sections on a project that has 10+ templates and multiple points and feature definitions. I have a annotation group I have built to label specific feature definitions and usually works well. All of my templates seem to annotate correctly except on a template where I used the Overlay Component for a partial section of mill and overlay. On every cross section for this template, only one point labels. After changing feature definitions and refreshing templates on corridor, then going back to cross sections to reannotate, still nothing. I then tried to go through the explorer and used my annotation group to manually select points and it still will not label. Any thoughts on this? Currently using 2022 R3 (10.12).

What is the best way in OpenRoads to build an obstruction surface so I can see where trees are penetrating through my design surface?

I tried using the delta surface but it only gives me a huge area where both surfaces are present. What I am looking for is small clouds where I know a few trees are penetrating the surface.

I import these into open roads via the survey tab in the explorer folder, field books, text import wizard. The description they list can be named almost anything they come up with in the field, so I add an extra column for the field code as a general point (PNT) so I could set up the element template, feature definition and feature symbologies within our dgnlib. Everything works correctly besides the description. Inside the text wizard, I have put it under "Note" and "Attribute Name" but neither show in the properties tab (Description inside of properties tab is blank). I am trying to set up a annotation group so I can see point number, elevation, and description through it. Since the description doesn't actually ever appear in the element properties description, it does not label it and I can not set it as a function to label through the dgnlib. Is there a way to add another column heading for description within the text wizard? Or is there something else I need to do so that my surveyors text file description shows up in ORD's properties description after I do a import?

Right now it is a blue circle with a X.

From my understanding, the survey has a Code for each point and the Code relates to what symbol is given to each point. Where would this info be hiding where I can edit the relation of code to point symbol?

For example, our surveyors take a ground shot and label it "GND". And when I import my data each point with GND Code would have a X symbol.

Open Roads Transition not working properly

I tried to use the transition tool on a pavement design where I have it going from 0.5% to 1.5%.
