Hello there,

i have prepared alignment in MX road and then imported in Openroads through LandXML.

After successfully importing alignment while annotating element it shown two details of HIP like delta, HIP chainage etc. kindly suggest which is correct. Screenshot is attached for your ready reference.

Also i have attached open road file for your ready reference and for your review.

Fill Slope End condition

hello,

i have query regarding end condition as per image attached i am able to create end condition 1 and 2 but not able to create condition 3.

i have three condition for fill slope as below,

1. embankment fill slope target on terrain model with slope 50%.

2. embankment fill slope check target feature defination (Exisitng ROW) and then slope target on terrain model with slope 999%.

3. when distance between hinge point and feature defination (Exisitng ROW) is less than 2m than fill slope should target terrain model with slope 999%

Object Reference not set to an instance of an object (10.08.01.33)

All of a sudden a lot of us are now getting the error message below.

I have found this post OpenRoads Error: "Object Reference not set to an instance of an object." - OpenRoads | OpenSite Forum - OpenRoads | OpenSite - Bentley Communities and have tried the batch file and it still doesn't work.

We get this error when we try to get a horizontal alignment report, however if that alignment has a proposed vertical profile the horz align report works. So if the alignment doesn't have a profile, I just place a quick two point profile, set it active then I get the horz alignment report then I delete the fake profile. According to the original post above this happened when trying another command so I can see this snowballing. Any idea how to fix this? This is critical.

I want to do find earth work quantity for pre-bid project but don't have sufficient time to carry out topography survey.

So, i want to import data for triangulation from google earth with high accuracy.

how to apply Slope/camber of MCW to civil cell in Open road designer

Will creating civil cell for turn lane we apply normal slope i.e -2.5 or -2.0%.

but in actual site condition junction there is super elevation so turn lane need to construct with same super elevation slope as of Main carriage way i.e +5.0 or -5%.

How to create civil cell such that while placing civil cell it match main carriageway slope. kindly guide.

Template transitions in open road designer

Dear all,

good evening,

while doing transition of template in open road designer for 4-lane divided highway to 2-lane undivided highway, median transition form as Type1 where median transition also forms in transition template (Marked with hatch).

But i want transition form as Type2 where median is curtailed at 4-lane divided highway end and start of tranisition.

In Open road designer- How to populate water/Nala parallel to corridor

Please look at attached image/screenshot in which i want to populate water between cyan line as Earthen Drain/Nala parallel to corridor. As you can see trees are populate but, I am unable to find "MicroStation Cell library for 'Water" to populate.

Issue in Vue Rendering-In open road

while doing rendering in open roads. proper rendering is not showing. i have keep default rendering setting but proper rendering happening.

kindly tell me where is issue.

System configuration is i5 12th generation with 16GB RAM.

How to show 20m offset ground level in Longitudinal section

Hello,

I want to show 20m offset ground and Level in Longitudinal section while exporting. In attached screen shot you can see line of 20 m offset line is generated but level is not displayed. With the default seed it show only design line and Level, OGL line and level of below ground but not 20m offset.

Kindly guide/provide video link to create new seed file to add 20m offset OGL level (LHS and RHS)

Issue in exporting Plan

Hello

	as you can find in adjacent image, i have save plan in open roads with laying off unwanted layer and try to export plan in DWG file.
	As u can see in adjacent image, when exported plan all layer are turn on. kindly help me to export plan without unwanted layer
