files: striping design dgn, alignment dgn

the way my company has the files set up, one of the engineers had to upload a backup copy of the striping dgn to projectwise.

for whatever reason, the engineer was not able to swap out the dgn without breaking the reference.

even though most of the linework in the striping dgn was the same when they reuploaded, this broke all of the civil labeler's associations with the striping linework

things like stations, offsets, striping line type (controlled by the alg and item abbreviated label)

the alignment dgn did not change at all, and all of the civil labels for station offset are still pointing at the exact same places they were before, yet many of the labels have reset to say "STA. 0+00, RT 0.00"

so my question is this:

is there a way to reset the association of all of these notes already placed in here without manually re-inserting hundreds of labels?

i tried dragging the arrowhead off, and then back on to the lines after fixing the reference for the line type notes controlled by the line's item abbreviated label.

i tried dragging the associative circle back into place for the station offset notes.

see screenshots.

Dimension Style Levels are not being used by Place Civil Label, and dimension with leader uses only a "one segment" leader with no ability to add "In-Line Leader" or "Text Frame" options. The Place Civil Label" with leader only adds an awkward looking one vertex leader from the object to the text.

If you edit the dimension style and save it, then click yes to propagate the changes to the dimensions using that style, then leader level changes, and sometimes the text justification changes but not in a way that follows the dimension style settings.

[ORD] Plan annotation moving/regenerating

OpenRoads Designer CE - 2021 Release 2 - Version 10.10.21.04

I thought I had read here that 2021 R1 had solved the issue with Annotation resetting its location after it had been moved.

Here is the annotation immediately after placement:

Here is the annotation "cleaned up" for readability, etc.:

I needed to make an adjustment to the Named Boundary. It appears to be just a shape in the design file, so I Modified it, and Updated the Saved View Settings. It did update the drawing model to the corrected shape, however, it moved the attachment. I reset the Attachment Offset back to 0,0. This put the saved view attachment back to where it belonged, but it relocated and regenerated all of the annotation:

I know, the answer is to make all adjustments to the Named Boundaries before doing anything to the plans...

Aside from that, is there any way to stop the annotations from regenerating? Is there a way to "disassociate" them from the saved view while still keeping the field values?
Thank you.

several models need to be their own dgn

i have thirty models in one dgn.

most of the models are sheets.

the entity we are submitting to wants each sheet as its own dgn.

OTHER THAN: save as: filter one sheet model at a time
ALSO OTHER THAN: copy the dgn 30 times, rename each dgn as its sheet, and manually open / delete the other models

does anyone know how to batch-save SEVERAL MODELS AT THE SAME TIME to their own individual dgns?

i have already read through 3 similar articles that do not quite explain if this is possible or how to do several at once.

no, i am NOT saving to .DWG i already know how to do that and it is not what i need.

please see and read screenshots
