Inroad ss2- DTM model adding breakline

Hi i have a surface created with roadway modeler. I want to add some breakline to the surface. when i add the breakline into the model and try to triangulate a message says No Point Found. When i view triangle only a few triangle appear

trying to create a end condition that has a consistent slope of 33.3%, as i target a fixed feature the slope keeps changing. i want the slope to be consistent between the retaining wall and the target feature. trying to make the slope slide vertical up and down the retaining wall. can ancommunities.bentley.com/.../2402.cross-section.pdfyone help?

inroads window is not displayed with select series 4

I have upgraded Microstation and inroads from select series from 2 to 4 (inroads Suite V8i IR08119878en.exe). The inroads window doesn't appear can any one help?
