I love the background bing map, and it is coming up perfectly in a grid drawing. When I adjust the coordinate system applying a Helmert Transformation and add a scale factor like 1.00013. the background map stays in grid. Am i missing a way of scaling the background map up with our surface coordinates. See the below photo of a bridge and ROW as a visual.&lt;/p&gt;
