Member failing due to Critical Sec. 9.3.2.2

I Need Help in Resolving Failure of Member.
This is a tapered I section, but it is failing under clause 9.3.2.2. of IS800. Can anyone help me to resolve this critical condition ?
Flange thickness is 12 mm

Members failing : Not able to enter Fyld Design parameter in IS800 LSD ( STAAD Pro Connect)

A part of my project is to make a PEB Industrial Shed using, built-up sections.
I am just considering the primary frame in design.

Problem :My all members are failing.

As per my understanding, it is because it is not assigning Fyld, in IS800 LSD. I came to know this as I can manually enter it from the code, but not using the design menu.

I tried design using IS800, but I am not able to enter Kx and Ky there.
