With 33 years working for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), 29 years of CADD technical support and development experience, I am the senior programmer and development supervisor for the ECSO (Engineering/CADD Systems Office). I am involved in all areas of FDOT CADD development and provide end user support, system support, software maintenance, network and plotting support.
My experience includes developing procedures for CADD users and CADD system operators, and performing software installations statewide. Many of the FDOT Electronic Delivery applications in use today are a result of personal programming effort or direct supervision. I currently provide advice, guidance and problem solving for developers, support personnel and the consultant community.
