TMA Permitting

We have just migrated to Permit Authority status and so far, so good. As you will be aware s50 works are not covered by permitting. As such, how do you input a section 50 application on to the system using the NRSWA process. When you try to input a s50 works the street defaults to Permits instead of NRSWA, thus creating a permit instead of a notice, thanks.

TMA Works Phase

I have an issue where a works promoter riased a notice for a second phase of works in order to carry out remedial works. The notice came in and passed validation but the subsequent phase is not visible. However, when you look at the first phase the guarantee period has been re-set, in line with when the remedial works were carried out. I can supply screen shots if required, thanks.

We have received an EToN 6 remedial works notice against works carried out in 2002 and 2006. After much wrangling the contractor has now conceded that the core testing we carried out is valid.

The EToN 6 notice is failing to upload with the following error.

0200/ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at "SWR.TMA_VALIDATION", line 2149
ORA-01403: no data found

Has anyone experienced any similar problems and if so how is this overcome as currently, remedial works are in progress without a valid notice being evident in the street works register.
