FILE_FSET reference in AGS File

I have been able to import documents that were previously exported from another project but when I try to import a new document using the steps on how to use FILE_FSET the documents do not upload. I have had a look at the AGS file and all the exported documents are referenced in "GROUP","FILE", how can we add the references to "GROUP", "FILE" in the AGS for any new documents without doing it manually?

Can users upload documents (pdfs) via the OpenGround Portal?

We are using the portal for the upload of AGS data but we would really like the ability to upload PDFs via the portal, is there a way to do this?

"Pack not signed" error when trying to create a Configuration pack from a file

I am trying to create a new configuration pack from a .hbp file but I get the attached error message and the configuration pack isn't created. How do I sign a configuration pack? What does signing a configuration pack mean in terms of how the configuration pack is used?

Template Studio section template into current Professional project

I have created a new section template in Template Studio and want to use it in my current project in Professional but after saving the template to the configuration pack it's not showing as an option to use in professional, do I need to import the template into the project from the configuration pack somehow?

Unit not defined in the project's configuration

I am importing data but I get the error that the unit is not defined in the project's configuration, however when I check the project's configuration the units are defined, are there secondary units somewhere that need to be defined?

'Active' header not displaying in Project

I want to include a header which I had previously taken out of the project by making it not 'active' but now when I set it to 'activate' it is not showing up as a header in my project. Why isn't it displaying?

Unable to open project, unknown error occurred.

I am trying to open a project that I had open this morning. After changing some of the headers in the configuration pack the project will now not open and I get the following error message.

Delete headers in 'Manage Model' - 'Edit Group'

I am unable to delete or remove headers from my location details group when selected from the 'Manage Model' tab, I also cannot make then not 'active', what am I doing wrong?
