USA Minnesota County Coordinate system issues

In Context Capture (CC) I'm having problems with the Minnesota_St Louis County Central_feet coordinate system.

Nothing is available stock out of CC for this zone.

I have researched and found a PRJ file with the parameters and brought that into CC. When looking at the parameters in CC they appear to be correct.

Although, something must not be right with formatting or something as my project controls end up in central Africa instead of Northern Minnesota USA when I export a kml out of CC and bring into Google earth.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Most helpful would be PRJ or WKT file in the correct format that works when imported into CC.
