I only find Eurocode 8 - part 1 in AutoPIPE Vessel earthquake codes. They are asking for calculations of impulsive, convective and vertical stresses of the movement of the oil inside.

I have found the possibility of calculations in AutoPIPE Vessel of impulsive and convective stresses with earthquake model ASCE 7-2010 if you design a tank instead of a pressure vessel, but it seems impossible to support it with legs as my pressure vessel.

Is the request of our customer of such a calculation for a pressure vessel reasonable?

Does Eurocode 8 - part 4 - section "Tanks" apply also to pressure vessels?
