Staad Foundation (SFA) crack check limits

Many projects have different considerations associated with the client´s Design Basis for different environments that limit the crack width, i.e. presence of underground water. Is there a way to modify the limits for crack width check in Staad Foundations Advanced?

Before assigning loads, when I check improperly connected beam to plates or warped plates; there are some members being highlighted. How can I fix it in order to avoid warning or miss calculation in output file? The attached document is input.
