Currently working as the Database Administrator for KierWSP contract this is a Local Authority contract for Northamptonshire County Council.During 2012 Mark participated in prototyping the EXOR database for use by the Highways Agency as their Integrated Asset Management System (IAMS IS). The prototyping sessions also included staff from MAC2, MAC14, ATOS, Bentley, & Highways Agency. This also included User Acceptance Testing prior to its release and replacing the Highways Agency Pavement Management System (HAPMS). and 17 other databases. In 2011 mark worked in consultation with East Sussex County Council to update their EXOR asset database, and provide consultancy advice on the EXOR database / EXOR MapCapture software. Mark has spent over 12 months with the county, helping them develop the East Sussex Transformation project and move forward with internal re-organisational tasks revolving around the EXOR database.He has dealt with Motorway and Trunk Road networks whilst working for consultants and local authorities. Since 1985 he has been responsible for computerised database management systems, and from 1996 to 1998 was a committee member of the “T Road” national RMMS user groups.In 2009 Mark became the UK Chairman of the Exor MapCapture User Group, and holds meetings every 6 months for all users of the data collection software.
