ProjectWise related issue (Error 222 and Error 112195)

I have been getting two error messages when I am trying to use microstation. I am getting error 222 (Cannot start application for the specified document. Check your program associations. Failed to generate managed workspace configuration file.) when I am trying to open a file that someone else created. I am getting error message 112195 (multiple simultaneous logins to the same datasource are not allowed. Operation is not allowed.) when I am trying to open a file that I created but has references to other microstation files. I can get in files with no issue when there are no references attached. I was originally using windows 7 microstation SS2 and projectwise explorer. Now I am using windows 7 microstation SS2 and projectwise explorer with the same issues occurring.

CONNECTION CLIENT and WINDOWS 10...

I am in Microstation SS4. I have a project on ProjectWise thru Connection Client works fine when in Windows 7. New computer is Windows 10, now each time I try to open a dgn file, I get error message 112195, that I cannot launch a program or open a file twice. Are CONNECTION CLIENT and WINDOWS 10 compatible?
