image repath read only, How do I get it readable?

Hello,

I had to export a sheet from Revit to DGN. This sheet has several references that are images. When I open the exported DGN file the Raster Manager shows everything as undefined. I use to be able to right click and select File Name from the flyout and change the location. For some reason this DGN is saying it is read only and File Name will not let me change.

How in the world do I get it to allow me to change the path or become readable so File Name works as I remember it?

I tried to double click the check mark beside the image in Raster Manager, In the properties under Image change the Read Only to False and nothing worked.

reference file repath

I have several DGN files that the reference files aren't showing. I can't seem to find a way to repath them back into the sheet. I can see the files independently but not in the sheet side. Any help getting them to reconnect with the sheet is much appreciated.
