cross section labeler Error: "Job number can not be found in the active directory"

Windows 7 Enterprise

Trying to use the corridor modeler cross section labeling tool and every time I click on it
I get an error that states: “Job number can not be found in the active directory". This project is in ProjectWise all other tools are working OK.

I have also tried this outside PW as well as on other similar PCs. The GPK file in the same directory as the CAD file with the rddbs folder in that same directory.

Howdy! I am having issues creating a surface out of my model. The end conditions seem to be hitting the correct spot, but after that the created surface is going straight down like it's trying to tie to another surface. Can anybody help?
