Jamie Shaw is a Senior CADD Support Specialist in the Surveys, Mapping, & Modeling Section of the Bureau of Design & Environment and is also the technical point person for the Department for PowerGEOPAK SS10 and ORD.
Jamie has extensive knowledge of the software and the Workspace. Jamie graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Management from DeVry University in 2005 and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) from Robert Morris College in 2000, as well as an Associate’s Degree in CADD Technology from ITT in 1991.
Jamie has 3.5 years of service with IDOT. He has 25 years of experience working for Consultants as a CADD Manager, senior CADD Technician and IT Manager for hardware and software maintenance. His vast knowledge includes Survey, Road Design and GIS.
