Live load reduction on floors as per is 875 part 2

Does staad.pro connect edition automatically apply reduction in assumed total imposed loads on floors may be made in designing columns, load bearing wans. piers, their supports and foundations, as per is 875 part 2 or we have to apply reduction. if we have to apply reduction then how to do it?

Instability warning after applying Floor Diaphragm

1) After applying floor diaphgram i am getting following warning

*WARNING- ZERO STIFFNESS IN DIRECTION 2 AT JOINT 32 EQN.NO. 188

***WARNING - INSTABILITY AT JOINT 980 DIRECTION = MY

2) Have i applied the moment release correctly . I do not want any torsion in main beam due to secondary beams

3) I am getting this error

WARNING:Reinforcement % exceeds maximum limit

even after increasing size the size of column to 300 X 700 mm. and if I correct 1 column by increasing its size then other designed column fails

4) Is my wind application is correct
