How can I get the error "System.OutOfMemoryException" when my system has "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700K CPU @ 3.80GHz 3.79 GHz" and 64 GB of RAM?

Is it because the program is poorly designed in such a way that it doesn't allow it to use my systems full power or even a fraction of it?

InRoads SS10 - End conditions not displaying and can't seem to add multiple template drops

End conditions not displaying and can't seem to add multiple template drops.
As a version between InRoads and Open Roads we've created templates, alignments and preferences without issue. The moment we attempt to drop a template and create a corridor the corridor displays without end conditions and doesn't seem to have anyway to add an additional template drop or template transitions.

Any help is appreciated.
