Touch up of reality mesh

Is there any way that we can do touch up of mesh model in distributed manner? For the whole city, multiple users can be alloted tiles for quality checking and touch up the reality mesh to improve upon project delivery. Any way out?

What kind of building footprint will be suitable to generate a 3d building from reality mesh. The building is generally not a normal shape but it might have several other components like rooftop tower or tanks or solar panels. Is it advised to draw over the solids or any best practice to achieve such output with a better footprint.
