New DGN file with 3D seed is not opening in MX Roads

I am using MX Roads SS4 V8i.I am opening new DGN file with seed 3D-MX-Metric. I expect a fresh blank screen but instead, an error window pops up. The image is attached for reference.

I have received several files from our surveyors that have any number of points drawn into them. These are not COGO points. They are spot elevation points shot along the centerline of a road. They are graphic cell elements, more or less in a line, that I need to generate horizontal and (corresponding) vertical geometry from.

i have no idea how to turn this collection of spots into an alignment, let alone how to get that alignment to read and generate its own vertical geometry from the spot point elevations.

Can this be done strictly from elements? Do I need to request the FWD file (If so, what do I do with it)?

I know I can import the symbols to be COGO points, but that isn't getting me any closer to a solution.
Chain Points looks promising, but that wants me to physically click from point to point to point to point...
Create Alignment from COGO points looks promising also, but it doesn't do what I think it does.
Curve fitting looks interesting, but that appears to be more for refining AFTER I've chained the points together.

Any suggestions or guidance?

Superelevation: Sintax in Rules File - Transition Length

I have been writing equations for transition length but all attempts was report a bad results. Tired to work and study what happen I decided check the globlal variables. Doing the equation:

Equation: TransitionLength

Name: TransitionLength

Equation: InitialCrossSlope*100*-1

If the normal cross slope is -2.5%, (Is the value in the cration of lanes) the result shoud be 2,5, but the result is 3,4, What happen?

In the profile generated (by MX road V8i SS4), the design centre line gets drapped over the existing ground level

In the profile generated (by MX road V8i SS4), the design centre line gets drapped over the existing ground level. Actually the design centre line is supposed to remain higher than the existing ground level . When I try to get the profile of the design centre line alone, still its showing levels those of the ground level. What's wrong here ? Any detailed solution to this problem would be helpful.

I have my survey data file(.dwg) . I want to show (display) the latitude and longitude (in degree, minutes, seconds) of each point.

If anyone can suggest anything....

All the points in the .dgn file to be highlighted with text as (Latitude1,Longitude1),(Latitude2,Longitude2)….

The VBA given in "Label-Lat & Long" of V8i-SS4 is not working.

Any step-by-step guidance will be helpful...

The input file creation for superelevation (rotation about centre line) of a 100 km long road with lots of curves becomes very cumbersome (and also difficult to check ).

Is there any easier method for super elevation (other than rule based super elevation) for 100 kmph speed ??
